The excitement was overwhelming. I proudly signed the contract and sat
back to revel in my glory,I had sold my home and doubled the price that
I had paid for it, I was a winner.
I couldnt wait for the day when I could walk into the bank and pay the
mortgage off. How naive I was.
My short sharp shift into reality came when I understood my final mortgage
summary. Total interest paid over mortgage duration. Double the original
