The smell of seaweed and salt will clear your lungs, and the fresh air will do your health the world of good. Not only that, but you will most likely find that the community where you stay is a friendly and warm one, especially if you live near a fishing village.

There are properties available to buy near the seaside in many different countries. From the white sand, palm tree-lined beaches of the Caribbean to the trendy coasts of Florida there is a beach out there (and a property) to suit everybody's needs and tastes.
